Refund Policy

1. Who Handles Refunds

Purchases on ShirtMap are made directly from the selling business, and refunds are issued by the selling business. Your order confirmation email includes the business's contact information and your order number, start there.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact the selling business with your order number and the reason for the request.

Refunds cover the whole order partial or per-item refunds are not currently supported.

3. Standard Refunds

For standard refunds (for example, a change of mind), the refund amount is your order total, including shipping, less the non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 3% of the order total). Payment processors do not return their fees when a charge is refunded, and this cost is passed on rather than absorbed into prices for everyone.

4. Full Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund, with no fee deduction, if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design
  • Your order never shipped or never arrived

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. If You Can't Reach a Resolution

If you have contacted the selling business and cannot resolve the issue, reach out through our contact form with your order number and we will try to help.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
