Claiming an existing listing

When to claim instead of applying

Anyone can submit a shirt they found out in the wild, so your shirt may already be on the map before you've ever signed up. Claiming the listing makes you its owner so you can edit it.

How to claim

• Find your shirt on the map and open its page.
• Click Claim this listing and follow the steps — you'll create an account (or sign in) with your business email.
• The ShirtMap team reviews the claim to confirm you're really the business behind the shirt.

After your claim is approved

• You get an email confirming the claim, and the listing appears in your business dashboard.
• You can edit the details, swap in your own photos, and fix the pin location — community submissions are placed at an approximate location by default, so see Map pins and location to move the pin to your exact address.
• Claimed businesses start on the Free plan.
