Fulfilling orders
From a new paid order to packed, labeled, shipped, and tracked.
Where orders live
The Orders section at the top of your dashboard shows recent orders, and All orders opens the full list. The Open orders tile counts paid orders waiting on you.
The fulfillment flow
- Paid — a buyer has paid; the order is yours to pack. Print the packing slip from the order row.
- Print label — a prepaid shipping label is generated for the order; the buyer paid the shipping at checkout. Print it and attach it to the package.
- Mark fulfilled / add tracking — when the package ships, add the tracking number and mark it shipped so the buyer can follow it.
Changing the shipping address
If a buyer asks to ship somewhere else, use Edit ship-to on the order. This is only available before the shipping label exists — once a label is purchased, the address on it is final. Need to fix an address after that? Contact us.
Refunds
You can refund an order in full from the order row up until it reaches a final state. The buyer gets their money back through the original payment method, and the order is marked Refunded.
Buyer questions
Each order includes the buyer's contact details — reach out directly if you need to clarify anything about their order.
