Inventory and sellable listings
Mark listings as sellable and keep per-size stock counts accurate.
Making a listing sellable
Once selling is set up, each listing card in your Products section gains selling controls. Turn sellable on for any listing you want buyers to purchase directly on ShirtMap. Only approved (Live) listings can be sold.
Managing stock
- Enter how many you have of each size. Buyers can only order sizes with stock remaining.
- ShirtMap counts stock down as orders come in, so keep the numbers honest — a sold-out size stops being orderable automatically.
- Restocked? Update the counts any time from the same controls.
Turning selling off for a listing
Switch sellable off and the listing goes back to discovery-only (people see it on the map and follow your buying instructions instead). Your listing, pin, and page stay exactly where they were.
