Managing your subscription
Upgrading, switching monthly/annual, cancelling, and how billing changes take effect.
Upgrading to Premium
Open Plan & billing in your dashboard and click Upgrade to Premium. You'll check out securely through Stripe and Premium unlocks immediately. A receipt comes from Stripe.
One rule for all plan changes
Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period — never mid-period. There's no proration: you always get exactly what you've paid for, through the date you've paid for, and the change happens at renewal.
Switching between monthly and annual
Use the billing-interval switch in Plan & billing. Your dashboard will show the date the switch takes effect — you stay on your current interval until then.
Cancelling
Cancel from Manage subscription (this opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can also update your card and view invoices). After cancelling:
- You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for — the dashboard shows the exact date.
- No refunds are issued for the current period.
- Changed your mind? A Reactivate button appears until the period ends, and your plan continues as if nothing happened.
When Premium ends
Your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, but Free allows one listing — your extra listings and Premium features (shop page, selling) are paused until you re-upgrade.

The Plan & billing card always reflects what Stripe will actually charge. If something looks off, contact us.
