Editing your business details
Keep your contact info and address current — they also feed your shipping labels.
Where to edit
In the Business info section of your dashboard, click Edit details. You can update your owner name, business email, phone, address, ZIP/postal code, website, and social link.
Why it matters
- Business email is where ShirtMap sends approval and account emails — keep it one you actually read.
- If you sell on ShirtMap, your address, ZIP, phone, and email are printed on shipping labels as the ship-from details. Carriers require all of them, so selling setup is incomplete until they're filled in.
- Your address can also anchor your map pin when a listing uses the precise-location option.
Changing the account owner
If a different person should own the ShirtMap account for your business (staff change, sale of the business), contact us — we'll handle the transfer safely.
