Listing statuses explained
What Live, Pending review, Needs changes, and the other statuses mean.
The statuses you'll see
Each listing card in your dashboard shows a status pill:
- Live — approved and visible on the public map and your shirt page. Nothing to do.
- Draft — saved but not yet submitted for review.
- Pending review — submitted and waiting for the ShirtMap team. Most reviews are quick; no action needed.
- Needs changes — we reviewed it and need an update before it can go live (for example, a clearer photo or corrected details). Edit the listing and resubmit.
- Rejected — the listing wasn't approved. You'll receive an email notice; you can submit a new or updated listing from your dashboard. If you're unsure why, contact us.
- Hidden — the listing is temporarily not shown publicly.
- Archived — retired; it no longer counts against your listing limit.
Why review exists
Every pin on ShirtMap is a real shirt from a real place. Review keeps the map trustworthy for everyone — including your customers.
