Wellfleet, MA Shirts

Put the word Wellfleet on a menu and it sells itself. Oysters have been farmed in this harbor since the 1800s, the cold clean water and huge tides producing a shellfish that carries the town's name onto raw bars across the country. Every October the town throws a festival for them, complete with the country's biggest shucking contest, which tells you how seriously the celebration is taken.

Around the harbor, the galleries and the pier keep an old fishing town's rhythm, and out on the highway the drive-in's sign still glows on summer nights, the only one of its kind left on Cape Cod, screening movies since 1957.
